It’s been a while since any of us have been through the car line, so we thought this refresher video would help as the new school year gets closer.
The car line drop-off and pick-up traffic pattern will be the same as last year. However, this year we will use two locations for students to enter the building. This will help us to separate students as they enter school. For morning drop-off, all families will have two options. The first choice is to enter campus through the main door. Once on campus, traffic will take the first right and follow the signs to the unloading area. Students will enter the school through the front entrance. The second option is to enter campus from Old Lowe Road, using the drive closest to Pottery Road. Once on campus, follow the traffic pattern around to the drop-off area. Students in this car line will enter the school through the side entrance.
During dismissal, the traffic pattern will remain the same as morning drop-off. If you are picking up a 5th-grader, middle school, or high school student, you will need to enter campus through the main entrance and pick-up students in front of the PAC. If you are picking up a K-4th-grader and older siblings of K-4th-graders, you will need to enter campus from Old Lowe Road and follow the traffic pattern to the pick-up area.
