As we wrap up this unprecedented school year, we want to share with you some important dates and times, including when and how you can register for the next school year.

During the last two weeks of school, May 18-29, it will be necessary for all HPA families to visit the school on your assigned day. The school will be open on these days from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm.

During these times, families can pick up personal belongings, drop-off school materials (work packets, textbooks, library books, school computers, etc.), and pick-up things like yearbooks, spring pictures, refunds, and other items. Families should also take care of any lunch balances. Students with Chromebooks; only those in middle and high school who are NOT returning to HPA must return computers. Additionally, any elementary students who have borrowed a Chromebook should return it to the school.  This will also be a time to register students for the next school year. We have included important registration details below.

Under state guidelines, we will limit the number of people entering the building. Families are asked to visit only on your assigned day, alphabetically, by the last name. Should you have students in your household with different last names, please choose a day that is most convenient for you as only to visit the school one time.

End-of-the Year & Registration Schedule:
  • May 18th – A-B
  • May 19th – C-F
  • May 20th – G-I
  • May 21st – J-L
  • May 22nd – M-O
  • May 25th – Memorial Day (school will be closed)
  • May 26th – P-R
  • May 27th – S-U
  • May 28th – V-Z
  • May 29th – Makeup Day
Each person entering the building must wear a mask while inside. If you do not have a mask, we will provide one for you. We also encourage everyone to bring their own writing pens.

Registration Details:
To be more efficient and less time consuming, families will not be required to complete an entire registration packet, as you have during previous registrations. Our team will verify your information and make any necessary updates. We will also have any needed paperwork ready for you to complete when you check-in.

All families will need to show proof of residency. Those include a driver’s license with your current address, a property tax bill, a water bill, or an electric bill. Each family will also need to complete the Student Emergency Card. You can download the form here and fill it out before coming.

We will defer all registration fees ($50 for elementary, $100 for middle and high) until the fall. We will collect these at our Meet the Teacher Night. Families who qualify for free or reduced meals may also be eligible for reduced school fees.

It is important for all families who are returning for the 2020-2021 school to register between the hours of 10:00 and 2:00 pm on your assigned date. Please contact Cindy Pizor at cpizor@hpaspart.org if you have any questions. Thank you for your cooperation as we close out the school year.
