High Point Academy Spartanburg elementary school and middle school are proud to be a part of this year’s Reading All-Star Program. This Spring, the Greenville Drive, and Michelin North America present the 13th Annual Reading All-Stars Program. The Reading All-Stars Program is a reading incentive program for any Kindergarten through 8th-grade students aimed at promoting reading and academic success across the Upstate. Students who complete the five-week program will receive a FREE ticket to the All-Stars Reading Celebration at Fluor Field on April 27, 2020.
For Elementary Students:
To complete the program, elementary students must read five reading level appropriate books in the five weeks. Then students will need to complete the reading log and return it to their teacher by Monday, March 9th.
For Middle School Students:
For middle school students to complete the program, they must read 500 pages over the 5-week long program, complete the reading log, and return to their ELA teacher by Monday, March 9th.
The Greenville County Reading All-Stars Celebration Game will be Monday, April 27th at Fluor Field! The first pitch is at 7:05 PM, and the fun begins before the game. Elementary School Reading All-Stars will participate in a pre-game parade, while Middle School Reading All-Stars will participate in a “Meet the Player” event in celebration of their reading accomplishments. Reading All-Stars and top participating schools will be recognized throughout the night.
